Some people have ideas. I make them real.
I'm Glenn. I've managed teams of equity traders, played poker on national TV against the best in the world, and advised businesses on how to run better. Now I build. I see a gap, I get an idea, and I can't leave it alone until it exists. An NFL research platform with thousands of pages. A full business app for black car drivers. A roofing company that estimates your roof from space. A game that gets a whole room on its feet. I dreamed them up, built them, and launched them.
See some of the sites and products I've created.
Each one started as an idea, got a name and a domain, and became a real product people use today. Tap any of them.
What one person can build when creative vision meets real fluency with AI
A live NFL research platform for daily fantasy, player props, and best ball, with thousands of pages covering every game, team, and player in the league, all of it keeping itself current with the season. The way the information reads is the part nobody else has: matchup views and game pages that tell you the story at a glance, created in my mind's eye and then made real.
No engineering team, no agency, no staff. One builder, and a new idea in the morning is live by the afternoon.

Hide-and-seek, reimagined for the internet
Everyone knows the game. I rebuilt it for the online world. Send friends a link and everyone is in the same backyard together on any phone or laptop, nothing to download, no account to create. When friends aren't around, AI neighbors step in and play like people. Making it feel instant, fair, and fun across the world, in eight languages, is the craft on display here.

A complete business platform for limo, black car, and independent drivers
Independent drivers run real businesses with none of the back office. Flocality gives them the whole operation in one place: booking, payments, and an AI assistant that keeps the day running like a professional outfit. Built for a world where reliability is the product.
flocality.comA roofing website that does the homework for you
Most contractor sites are a phone number and a photo gallery. This one works for the customer. Give it an address and it comes back with a real estimate and a full report in seconds, while the roofer gets a ready-to-call lead. A local business with a website smarter than most national brands.

Find the roofs that need replacing before anyone knocks
Roofers spend a fortune chasing leads. Roofhunter flips it, pointing contractors at the homes most likely to need them next. Prospecting that used to mean weeks of driving around, done before lunch.

See the cards. Make the call.
The equity game. You see both hands and the board, guess your odds to win before the clock runs out, then find out the true number and how close you got. Free, new hands daily, and built by someone who spent years making these calls for real money.
pokerpressure.comCreating isn't what I do. It's who I am.
Idea person
I notice what's missing and can't stop thinking about how to fix it.
Brand builder
Every project gets its own name, look, voice, and home on the web.
Finisher
Plenty of people start. I'm the one who launches.
Range
Markets, poker tables, boardrooms, and now products in five industries. Whatever catches my curiosity.
I've always been the person sketching a business on a napkin, naming it before dessert, and checking whether the domain is available before the check arrives. For most people that's where it ends. For me that's where it starts.
What drives me is the moment an idea stops being a conversation and becomes something a real person can open, use, and tell their friends about. I love the whole arc: spotting the opportunity, shaping the brand, figuring out how it should feel, building it, and putting it out into the world.
I come at problems with an eclectic range of interests and expertise, and that's exactly what lets me see presentations and connections that specialists miss. AI is how I build; it's not where the ideas come from. No engineering team, no agency, no staff. I turn AI into the team that executes, and the pattern repeats: idea after idea, in industries that have nothing to do with each other, I follow through and ship.
Anyone can ask AI a question. Seeing something that doesn't exist yet, and knowing how to get it built, is the skill.
Glenn LaFayeEvery chapter taught me something I build with now.
This isn't a career ladder. It's a set of lenses. Each one changed how I see a problem, and all of them show up in what I make.
Equity trader
Reading markets in real time, sizing risk, and making decisions with incomplete information while the clock runs. I traded my own book and went on to manage teams of traders, where the job became keeping a room sharp, disciplined, and profitable.
Professional poker player
Years of high-stakes decisions, thinking in probabilities, and reading people across a table. I've competed against the top poker players in the world, with several appearances on national television. Poker is a business where your judgment is the only product.
Business consultant
Inside real companies, finding what's broken, what's slow, and what customers are quietly asking for. Learning how traditional businesses actually run, from the owner's chair.
Creator and builder
All of it comes together. I take an idea from a picture in my head to a live product, with AI as the team that executes. Trader's speed, poker player's judgment, consultant's eye for the business.
Curious, fast, and finished.
I start with people, not technology
Every project above exists because someone needed it: a roofer who wanted better leads, a league that wanted better research, friends who wanted a better game night.
I build the whole brand
The name, the domain, the look, the voice, the product. A creation isn't done when it works. It's done when it feels like something people want to belong to.
I ship, then I improve
A live URL beats a perfect plan. I get something real into people's hands quickly, listen, and make it better with actual users instead of imaginary ones.
I use the best tools available
Modern platforms and AI where they earn their place. They let one determined person do what used to take a team. I'm that person.
Sometimes for as little as 10% of the cost of doing it the old way.
A traditional build means an agency, a project manager, a team of developers, designers, and months of meetings before anyone sees a screen. You pay for all of it.
I work differently. One person with the vision, the business sense, and real fluency with AI as the team that executes. The overhead disappears, the timeline collapses, and the product still ships polished.
Every project is different, and a serious build is still a serious build. But the products on this page were made this way, and they're live.
No agency markup, no layers of management, no team to keep busy.
An idea in the morning can be live by the afternoon. Changes happen in hours, not sprints.
You talk to the person who builds it. Nothing gets lost between sales, design, and dev.
Have a traditional business you want to modernize?
If you're wondering what AI could actually do for your business, the products above are the kind of answer I create. Whether you run a company that's been doing things the same way for twenty years, or you've got an idea you've been sitting on, I'm the partner who takes it from "wouldn't it be cool if" to live, at a fraction of what you'd expect to pay.
- Business websites with built-in tools that bring in customers
- New products, apps, and games, from first sketch to launch day
- Brands that need a name, a look, and a home on the web
- Smart features that do a specific job for your customers and your team
- Taking an existing site from "it's up" to "it works"
You have a problem I'll build to solve, or a dream I'll build to make happen.
Either way, send me a few sentences about it. I'll reply with how I'd approach it and what it would take to get it live.
